Can you charge my account for my rush fee or my special order?
Unfortunately we are unable to charge your account for any additional fees.  You the customer must
initiate the payment when we send you an invoice.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders of 2-3 garters normally ship in approximately 7-10 business days from receipt of online payment.  
Any garter order needed before 14 business days is considered a rush order. The rush fee will be
determined by how soon the garter is needed. If your garter order is needed in exactly in 2 weeks, it is
strongly advised that you pay a rush fee to ensure that your order will arrive on time. Wedding
accessories such as ring pillows, guest books, flower girl baskets, etc, take 3-4 weeks to ship.  

If I order a garter today, is it possible to receive my garter tomorrow?
Overnight delivery is available provided we have the time. A rush fee will be charged along with additional
charges for overnight USPS Express Mail shipping.  Please be advised that overnight shipping to certain
zip codes is not actually overnight but instead the second day.  These are the guidelines of the United
States Postal Service. Someone should be available to sign for the package or it may be picked up at
your local post office.

What happens if my garter is shipped to the wrong address?
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any refunds if the address you provide is incorrect. If you
have an account with Paypal and you use it to pay for your order please make sure Paypal has your
current address. If your garter is returned to us we can re-ship the garter to your correct address for an
additional shipping fee.

Do you ship to other countries?
Yes we do,  but shipping fees and delivery times may be different than shipping within the US.

Can I have my garter made different from the picture shown on your website?
Absolutely... we will do our best to accommodate you if we have the colors and materials that you are
looking for.  You should make note of the garter's complete name.  Then give a detailed description of
what you are looking for in the box provided on the Custom Order Form. You may or may not use any of
our garters or a combination of garters as examples. We can add to, adjust, or change the color, style or
charm.

Can I order a sports garter in a particular sports team if it's not shown on the website?
Yes you may.  When placing your order just type in the name of your team.  There are so many different
teams that's it's impossible to display them all. We have most team fabrics in stock but if not we most likely
can order it.

How do I know what size to order?
To get your leg size, use a tape measure and measure approximately 3 inches above the knee, or in the
place where the garter will be worn. If you don't have a cloth tape measure, a string or ribbon can be
used. Put it around the area where the garter will be worn and cut where the two ends meet. Lay the
string or ribbon flat on a ruler for the measurement. Please do not round up.  There will be no refunds if
you order the wrong size.

Can I only order just a charm or ribbon from your website?
No we do not sell charms or ribbon only.

Are your garters manufactured or pre-made?
Our garters are not manufactured or pre-made.  They are custom hand-made in the order that they are
paid for.

Do I need a Paypal account to pay for my order?
No, we accept all major credit cards. All orders are processed through Paypal but you DO NOT need a
Paypal account to pay for your order.

Do you have an email address?
Yes, our email address is Gartersbyginger@aol.com.  Our email address is also listed on all pages of our
website just below the side navigation bar and at the top of the page. We encourage you to ask any
questions via email.  Because we check our guest book only periodically, contacting us or asking
questions through our guest book is NOT the best way to reach us and may delay your order.

When is your busiest time of year?
Our busiest time of year is January – October. During these months it is recommended that you order at
least two months in advance to ensure that you receive your order on time and also to avoid rush fees.

Do I need to fill out a Custom Order Form to request a change of color for the band ribbon that
encases the elastic and or  bows on my garter order?
No, you do not need to fill out a Custom Order Form to request a change of color for the band ribbon and
or  bows on your order. Before you add your item to your cart, most garters will allow you to input your
change of color or charm where it says
"Color/Charm/Date Needed By". During the check out process
there is also a place to leave us a note for a more detailed explanation of what you need.


Do you have a phone number to call?
We prefer to conduct business via email because it provides us and the customer a detailed description
of what has been discussed and agreed upon so there are no surprises in the end. We also often refer to
emails when we are creating a custom personalized garter.
