| Please Read Our Terms Carefully Before Making A Purchase And Submitting Your Payment Accepted Methods of Payment We accept Master Card, Visa and most other credit cards through Paypal. Paypal is the preferred method of payment because it is convenient, secure and instant which assures faster shipping. Although our payments are processed through Paypa,l a Paypal account is not required to make a purchase with us or to pay an invoice from us. Delivery Terms Garter orders of up to 2 garters usually ship in approximately 7-10 business days (Mon - Fri.) from receipt of on-line payment verification and funds availability. Orders placed on Friday after 5:00 pm (EST) through Sunday will be acknowledged on Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday. Once your order is shipped it usually takes approximately another 3-4 business days before you receive your package. To some areas it may take longer for delivery, we have no control over the United States Postal System. If you like, you may pay an optional $15.00 rush fee for orders needed before 14 business days. Your order will ship within 3-4 business days and it takes approximately another 3-4 business days before you receive it. If you choose not to pay the optional $15.00 rush fee your order will ship in the normal time frame of approximately 7-10 business days and take an additional 3-4 business days to reach you. If you need your order in exactly 2 weeks it is strongly suggested that you plan on paying the additional $15.00 fee for a guaranteed on time delivery. Please use your correct needed by date when ordering. Plugging in just any date may cause you to incur a rush fee if it's before 14 business days. Orders needed in 7 business days or less the rush fee is $25.00 These orders must be shipped Express Overnight and Express shipping charges will also apply (Additional $12.50). Please be aware that overnight shipping to certain areas may not be guaranteed until the 2nd. day. Rush Shipping is not available outside the contiguous United States. Large orders for bridal parties may take additional time for shipping, please ask. During the months of February through August we are extremely busy with Weddings & Proms. Shipping may take up to three weeks then another 3-4 business days before your package reaches you, so be sure to place your order early to assure that you will receive it on time. Since most of our garters are customized they are not pre-made nor are they manufactured. Our garters are custom hand-made in the order that they are paid for. Please allow extra transit time when shipping during the holidays. Shipping And Handling Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. We charge $5.00 shipping and handling for orders up to $20.00, orders of $20.01 to $40.00 shipping & handling is $6.00, orders of $40.01 to $50.00 shipping & handling is $8.00, orders of $50.01 to $70.00 shipping & handling is $16.50. Orders of $70.01 and up shipping & handling is $18.00. Express USPS shipping is an additional $12.00 ( Rush fees may also apply, see below). These shipping prices are for the continental United States only. We ship via USPS. Shipping. Iinsurance is provided for customers that have a confirmed shipping address. A confirmed address means the shipping address must match the purchasing credit card billing address to be considered a confirmed shipping address. If shipping to an address other than a confirmed address and you desire insurance the price is an additional $2.00. International Shipping We ship to most countries. Please contact us for a price quote for shipping outside of the continental United States. Please note that when shipping to locations outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for all, if any, applicable duty or taxes mandated by your country. We are not liable for any loss, theft or damage of uninsured packages once shipped. We are not responsible for postal delays or any loss or damaged items in such cases. Return Policy Due to the nature of our items, all garter, lingerie and wedding accessory sales are final. We offer no refunds, exchanges or credits. In the rare event that a product is defective due to our error, we will exchange it for another the exact style, size and color. We will not be liable for any damage incurred during transit. We encourage our customers to be very descriptive in their communications concerning details of what they would like and to make certain their leg (or arm) measurements are accurate. Should your garter (s) need a size adjustment due to weight loss (Congratulations!) or weight gain (Sorry), there is a $7.00 adjustment fee for the first garter and $5.00 for each additional garter. You will be responsible for shipping your garter(s) to us and also for the S&H fee to return your order to you. Pricing All prices shown are valid at the time of placing the order and do not include shipping and handling fees. We reserve the right to adjust prices depending on the cost of inventory. Materials We Use All references to gold and silver relate to the color of the material and not necessarily what it is made of. All references to roses, pearls etc relate to man made products. Color representations are done to the best of web ability and do vary by computer and monitor capabilities. We use the finest quality materials we can find. **Materials may vary subject to availability. Substitutions if necessary will always be of equal or greater value. We will always try to contact you before making a substitution so check your email regularly and also your spam mail in case our email gets directed there.
